Unrivalled experience on India related cross-border transactions and disputes

For almost 30 years we have been at the forefront of India related cross-border transactions and disputes. Our clients turn to our lawyers across offices, sectors and practices to help them capitalise on the exceptional opportunities and to navigate any challenges of investing and conducting business in India.

Our lawyers know India well. In addition to world-class specialist expertise and experience of delivering complex cross-border transactions, they understand the local economic, cultural and geopolitical factors at play. Our team provide global support to assist our clients on their most critical cross-border mandates and disputes involving India.

Regulation prohibits foreign law firms from practising Indian law. Our experience is as international counsel representing our clients in their cross-border deals and disputes which may have a connection with India. We do not practise or advise on Indian law. We have excellent relationships with all the leading Indian law firms and other lawyers, advocates and advisers in India and where Indian law advice is needed, we work alongside Indian firms and Indian advocates.
