Danyela is an associate in the Global M&A and Capital practice in our London office.
She advises on global mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and integration, corporate governance, and other corporate matters across a range of sectors.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Danyela qualified and practiced for several years in New Zealand.
