Deniz is a corporate finance associate in our global transactions group, specializing in structured products and derivatives transactions. He has experience in advising both financial institutions and end-users on a variety of derivative transactions as well as advising corporates and sponsors on hedging arrangements for both general risk management and financing-linked or M&A-linked hedging.
During his time at Freshfields, Deniz has spent time on secondment to our Paris office.
