Jessica is a senior associate in our Global Transaction group specialising in infrastructure and energy financing. Jessica has broad international experience advising private debt funds, banks and financial sponsors on complex financing transactions across the infrastructure, energy, resources, and real estate sectors. With experience in the UK and Australia, Jessica has extensive experience across the full spectrum of debt financings, including project, acquisition, holdco, portfolio, export credit agency and secured corporate financings.

- EDF on Sizewell C, which was awarded Power Deal of the Year, Europe at the 2026 IJGlobal Awards
- An international lending consortium on the SACE and OeKB-covered EUR 1.7 billion green steel financing for Saarstahl Group’s “Power4Steel” project – one of the largest steel decarbonisation projects in Europe and awarded Hydrogen Deal of the Year, Europe at the 2026 IJGlobal Awards
- Skyborn Renewables, owned by Global Infrastructure Partners, on the refinancing of their development expenditure facilities agreement for their global offshore wind portfolio
- The lenders on the holdco financing of Amarenco’s European solar and BESS portfolio
- Energy Infrastructure Partners on various financings across their portfolio
- Macquarie on the acquisition financing of the world‘s largest infra-wellness facility, Therme Erding
- AXA IM Alts, a global leader in alternative investments, on the acquisition of a majority stake in ILOS Projects GmbH, an independent power purchaser from Omnes Capital and founder-led ILOS New Energy
- The lenders in respect of the financing of HB RTS, a portfolio company of Arcus Infrastructure Partners
- Phoenix Tower International, a portfolio company of Blackstone, on certain of its financing arrangements for its European operations
