Rhea is an associate in our intellectual property and technology group.
She advises primarily on intellectual property and commercial matters across a range of industries. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions, public and private cross-border mergers and acquisitions, licensing, carve-outs, strategic partnerships, and emerging technologies.
During her time at Freshfields, Rhea trained in the London office, spent time on secondment to the Washington DC office and is currently based in the New York office.
