Advising Housing Development Finance Corporation on the issue of INR30bn synthetic fixed-rate notes, the first issuance of a ‘masala’ bond by a corporate.
We also advised on further masala bond issuances – the placement of synthetic INR5bn 7.00 per cent notes due 2020 and a public tap issue of synthetic INR10bn 7.00 per cent notes due 2020.
Advising Carlson Wagonlit Travel on its $415m 6.75 per cent senior secured notes due 2023, €330m senior secured floating-rate notes due 2023 and €250m 9.5 per cent senior notes due 2024.
Advising ConvaTec, a global medical products and technology group, on its proposed $1.8bn IPO and listing on the London stock exchange.
Advising J.P.Morgan, ING and Rabobank as joint lead managers on a circa €700m Dutch residential mortgage-backed securitisation by Nationale-Nederlanden Bank (NN) issued by Hypenn RMBS III.
We subsequently advised J.P.Morgan, ING and Rabobank again, as joint lead managers, on a further circa €590m Dutch residential mortgage-backed securitisation by NN issued by Hypenn RMBS IV.
Advising Euroports on its €450m multijurisdiction refinancing, including on the amendment and restatement of its €450m senior facilities agreement.
Advising TPG on the €1.4bn refinancing and sale of P3 Group’s pan-European logistics park platform.
Advising Blackstone and Center Parcs on the class A note refinancing and integration of Woburn Village into the corporate secured debt platform (on which we originally advised RBS in 2012) and Brookfield and Center Parcs on the acquisition finance and refinancing of the class B high-yield notes.
Advising Hellenic Petroleum on €375m 4.875 per cent guaranteed notes due October 2021, which were used to fund a tender/buy-back of the company’s existing €500m 8.00 per cent guaranteed notes due 2017.
Advising SES on its €908.8m capital raise comprised of the issuance of fiduciary deposit receipts of the company and a documented accelerated buy-back through a shareholder subscription to existing shareholders, in conjunction with a contemporaneous hybrid securities offering.
Advising Sonker Bunkering Company on the development and financing of its proposed bulk liquids terminal and floating storage regasification unit terminal project at Sonker Port, Egypt.
We also advised a subsidiary of the project company in respect of a parallel project to construct a second jetty at Sonker Port for the servicing of the bulk liquids terminal.
