Freshfields advises Eppendorf on acquisition of centrifuge business of Japan’s Koki Holdings

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Eppendorf AG (‘Eppendorf’) on a deal to acquire Koki Holdings Co. Ltd. ('Koki Holdings')’s centrifuge business, including the premium himac brand. The deal is expected to complete in July this year. Financial terms were not disclosed.
