Freshfields advises Antirion SGR on acquisition of Thales Germany headquarters
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (Freshfields), has advised Antirion SGR on the legal, tax and financing aspects of the acquisition of the headquarters of Thales Deutschland GmbH-a market leader in the aviation, security and transport sectors- from Samsung by way of a share deal.
The office campus located near Stuttgart, has four buildings and a multi-storey car park with approx. 58,000 m² of lettable space leased to Thales Immobilien Deutschland GmbH on a long-term basis.
The Freshfields team was led by partners Francesco Lombardo, Frank Laudenklos, Alexander Schwahn and counsel Gerrit Beckhaus.
