About
Justin is a patent litigator, known in the market for his skill in handling complex, multinational disputes. Most of the disputes concern pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech, communications and computers, often involving interaction between standards, competition law and patents.
Outside patent litigation, he handles a full range of IP litigation and helps clients with transactional work, particularly in the technology, media and communications sectors.
His TMT clients have included Philips, Sony Computer Entertainment, Thomson Multimedia and Texas Instruments.
Justin is qualified both as a lawyer and chartered engineer, and holds a PhD in optoelectronics. He worked in satellite communications engineering before qualifying as a lawyer, and clients appreciate his technical knowledge alongside his level-headed and pragmatic approach.
