Andreas is one of our senior corporate lawyers in Germany. He has comprehensive experience in advising German and international companies, banks, private equity sponsors and sovereign wealth funds, as well as government agencies, on virtually all areas of corporate law.
Andreas is also a country partner for Canada.
Andreas Fabritius advises on corporate matters in the finance and automotive sectors. His recent mandates include advising UniCredit on appraisal proceedings regarding the squeeze-out of Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank.

Career to date
Andreas worked for a Wall Street firm in New York City before joining the firm in 1988. He became a partner in 1991.
Qualifications and education
Admitted as attorney-at-law in Germany and New York. In Germany he is also qualified as a certified tax adviser (Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht).
Andreas studied law and economics in Bonn (Dr iur), Speyer, Michigan (LLM) and Florence (European University Institute).
