Our work
Most of our work falls into three categories: advice, transactions, litigation. It’s mostly difficult deals or problems, almost always international.
We help clients buy and sell businesses and other assets, set up new and joint ventures, and merge and form consortia. We help them raise finance, launch investment products and reward and protect their workforce.
We help them defend their rights and ward off competitors. And we work for governments and financial institutions too.
To sum up, think large-scale complexity.
