About Holly Williams
Holly is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team of our London office. Holly has significant experience advising on complex, large-scale contentious mandates. She has a broad practice which includes commercial litigation, global investigations, transactional advisory work and criminal and regulatory matters across various sectors.
Holly has particular experience in mandates involving alleged fraud, both civil and criminal. Her experience includes advising on domestic and multinational disputes and investigations involving multiple jurisdictions, regulators and prosecutors.
Recent work
- Representing a global automotive company in relation to a multi-jurisdictional criminal investigation regarding allegations of fraud.
- Acting for a leading supplier of fresh foods brands in complex multi-party litigation brought in the High Court of England and Wales in relation to allegations of fraudulent conspiracy.
- Representing a major oil and gas company in respect of bribery and corruption investigations by the Serious Fraud Office in the UK and in numerous overseas jurisdictions, including advising on their compliance and anti-bribery and corruption policies.
- Acting for a leading football club in an arbitration to overturn a ban imposed by a sports governing body for alleged breaches of financial fair play regulations.
- Acting for a prominent investment bank in relation to debt claims in the High Court of England and Wales.
- Advising multiple companies in relation to investigations by the UK Serious Fraud Office, His Majesty's Revenue and Customers and other domestic and international law enforcement agencies and regulators, including regarding allegations of bribery and corruption and fraud.
- Advising multiple companies in relation to internal investigations concerning potential criminal and regulatory exposure.
