Alexandra's story
I started at Freshfields in 2015 as a Personal Assistant. I was the most junior in my team at the time, and have since had the opportunity to grow and develop into a role that now manages a team of eight Personal Assistants. This started with a temporary maternity leave cover role in 2018 as Team Leader with three assistants reporting to me in the Dispute Resolution department and, in 2022, developed to a permanent Business Services Manager role covering Dispute Resolution and Global Transactions.
Diversity and Culture
I am grateful for the diversity and unique cultures within the MENA region. Each member brings a different perspective and has educated me on various backgrounds and experiences that I had not previously had the pleasure of working with. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from each person, and I believe our diverse culture is key to our success and growth as a team.
