Freshfields advised initial purchasers on high yield bond by Wepa Hygieneprodukte

Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) advises HSBC, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan and Commerzbank as initial purchasers in connection with Wepa Hygieneprodukte GmbH’s offering of €250 million of 5.625% senior secured notes due 2031.

Wepa Hygieneprodukte GmbH is a leading German family-owned producer and supplier of tissue paper products across Europe which sells its products to European retailers as well as large commercial and institutional customers.

For the Offering, the Freshfields team was led by partner Simone Bono, who was supported by senior associate Shruti Dusaj, associates Gaurav Sen and Enzo Paganetti in London and John Haviland in Frankfurt.
