Adam is an associate in the Dispute Resolution practice group, based in New York. Adam focuses his practice on global investigations and complex commercial litigation, with experience representing clients in connection with cybersecurity and data privacy, economic sanctions, import and export controls, and white collar investigations. Adam also maintains an active pro bono practice that includes individual representation in federal and state courts as well as international human rights advocacy.
Adam served as a law clerk to the Honorable William F. Kuntz, II of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Adam holds a law degree from Georgetown University and is admitted to the New York bar. He is fluent in German.

- Representing a class of Special Immigrant Visa applicants in successful litigation in federal court in Washington, D.C.
- Advising clients across a range of industries, including pharmaceutical, hospitality, and airline companies, on Russia-related sanctions and exposure to regulatory risk.
