Elizabeth advises clients on public and private M&A, cross-border transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, as well as general corporate and listed company advisory matters.

Elizabeth's recent deals include:
- Advising Hargreaves Lansdown plc on its £5.4bn recommended acquisition by a consortium comprising CVC Private Equity Funds, Nordic Capital XI Delta, SCSp and Platinum Ivy B 2018 RSC Limited
- Advising bp on the sale of a non-controlling stake to Apollo in bp’s subsidiary that holds a 20% interest in the Trans Adriatic Pipeline for approx. US$1bn
- Advising HSBC on its disposal of its French retail banking business to CCF, a subsidiary of My Money Group. My Money Group is under the control, directly or indirectly, of funds and accounts managed or advised by Cerberus Capital Management L.P.
- General Atlantic on the partial sell down of its stake in the Argus Media Group to Hg
- Advising Schoen Clinic Group on its sale of Schoen Clinic London to Fortius Clinic, the UK’s largest single orthopaedic MSK group
