Taylor is an associate in our Antitrust, Competition, and Trade practice, based in Washington, DC.

Taylor advises clients on the antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, cartel and conduct investigations, and litigation. He regularly helps clients navigate multi-jurisdictional merger clearance and provides counselling on various complex competition issues.

Prior to joining Freshfields, Taylor worked as a legal intern at the Federal Trade Commission and as an intelligence operations specialist at the U.S. Department of Defense. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a Fellow in the Program in Law and Public Service and a member of the Journal of Law & Politics.
