Nana is an associate in our global transactions group in New York. His practice focuses on domestic and international public and private M&A and corporate matters. Prior to joining Freshfields, Nana worked as an M&A associate in the New York office of an international law firm where he advised corporate clients, PE funds, and sovereign wealth funds in a broad range of M&A transactions.
