Colleen is a senior associate in our global transactions team, specialising in equity capital markets, and is dual-qualified in both New York and England & Wales.
Colleen advises issuers, sponsors and underwriters on a wide range of equity and debt capital markets transactions ranging from initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private placements. Colleen also advises on the US and UK aspects and financing of cross-border M&A, as well as on a range of ongoing US SEC reporting obligations. She has experience advising on transactions in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
In 2023/2024, Colleen was seconded to the Corporate and Treasury Legal Team at a major UK investment bank, supporting them with general corporate and listed company matters.

- the underwriters of Quilter plc, on its IPO and dual listing in London and Johannesburg as part of the ‘managed separation’ of Old Mutual;
- Ted Baker plc on its placing and open offer and firm placing and offer for subscription on the London Stock Exchange;
- the underwriters of Helios Towers Africa plc, on its IPO and listing in London;
- the underwriters of Cineworld Group plc, on its rights issue in London to fund its acquisition of Regal Entertainment Group; and
