Adam is an associate in our London office, specialising in leveraged and acquisition finance. He acts for a variety of private equity sponsors, corporates, banks, non-bank lenders, investors and borrowers.
Adam's experience also includes advising on a wide range of other finance matters including corporate, property, asset and funds financing transactions.

- Hellman & Freidman and digital car marketplace provider Autoscout24, on the financing of its acquisition of TRADER Corporation by way of syndicated first lien and privately placed second lien facilities;
- Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board on the unitranche financing of its acquisition of UK wealth manager 7IM and several add-on acquisitions;
- Vitruvian and globility mobility player EasyPark on its finance facilities, including to support the acquisitions of FlowBird and Parkopedia;
- CVC and its portfolio company eTraveli, a leading travel technology provider, on its sydnicated financing arrangements;
- Cinven and its portfolio company, Omnes Education on several add-on acquisitions and its financing arrangements, comprising first and second lien loans and notes;
- CVC and its portfolio company Odevo, on its ongoing financing arrangements;
- Hellman & Friedman portfolio company and leading global provider of cloud-based software to the insurance industry Applied Systems, on its strategic acquisition of Cytora Limited;
- Deutsche Bank as the arranger of finance facilities for a large European defence company;
- CVC and its portfolio company Rayner, an ophthalmic medical products manufacturer, on its financing arrangements in connection with several bolt-on acquisitions;
- OQ Chemicals on its consensual out-of-court financial restructuring.
