Advising X2 Resources on the establishment of X2 Resources Partners.

This venture aimed to create a new mid-tier diversified mining and metals group that, with a total of $4bn of committed and $1.6bn of conditional capital funding, was one of the largest ever fund raisings by a first-time vehicle.
