Professional and business services
Services for service providers.
This diverse sector provides high-level, innovative services to other businesses – enabling them to thrive. Firms within this sector face a range of unique challenges and opportunities that require multifaceted advice.
Audit firms, for example, faced pressure to toughen up processes in the wake of the financial crisis. And professional services firms more generally are focussed on staying ahead of the technology game if they want to maintain a competitive advantage.
With a broad client base of organisations that provide services to other businesses, we are well-placed to advise you on these issues, as well as matters involving M&A, professional liability, competition law, disputes, regulation and capital markets.
