Freshfields advises GoldenTree in second lien financing for dividend recap transaction for Butterfly Equity
Freshfields advised GoldenTree Asset Management LP in providing a $300 million second lien term loan facility to Milk Specialties Global, an industry-leading ingredients manufacturer and portfolio company of private equity firm Butterfly Equity.
The Freshfields team was led by Damian Ridealgh and included senior associate Meghan Bell and associates Ross Weiser and Ornia Abdouljalil.
