Freshfields advises on sale of Prettl SWH Group to Foxconn

Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Prettl Group and Trilantic Europe on the sale of Prettl SWH Group to Foxconn Interconnect Technology. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Prettl Group is an internationally active and family-run corporate group, Trilantic Europe is a private equity investor specialised in mid-cap transactions in Europe. Prettl SWH Group develops and manufactures sensor, connectivity and electrification solutions for the automotive industry.
