Freshfields advises UPM-Kymmene Corporation on expanding labelling division

Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) is advising UPM-Kymmene Corporation and its labelling division UPM Raflatac (‘UPM’) on the acquisition of AMC AG Advanced Methods of Coating (‘AMC’).

AMC has two production sites in Kaltenkirchen and Hagenow, Germany, and its business includes coating of pressure sensitive filmic labelstock and Viscom/Graphics materials under the Intercoat brand as well as removable self-adhesive stationary products under the brands Global Notes and Print Inform.
