Freshfields advises on refinancing of Bibliotheca Group

Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised One Equity Partners and its portfolio company Bibliotheca Group GmbH in connection with its refinancing. It included various instruments, inter alia, a facilities agreement made available by Apera Asset Management to entities within the Bibliotheca Group for refinancing and amendments of various bilateral loans.

Bibliotheca is a leading global enterprise that works with over 30,000 libraries worldwide to digitalize and optimise the library experience.

The Freshfields team was led by partner Michael Josenhans as well as Principal Associate Christina Banz with support by Yara Bevaart, Associate Laura Korndörfer and Theodoros Fostieris (all Finance, Frankfurt).
