Freshfields advises Montagu on the sale of Servelec
Freshfields has advised Montagu, a leading European private equity firm on the sale of Servelec to The Access Group.
Headquartered in Sheffield, Servelec is a leading software provider to healthcare and local authorities based in the UK and has over 40 years’ experience in developing mission-critical software solutions to deliver better care. The company is a trusted supplier to more than 45 NHS trusts and over 150 local authorities, providing an integrated approach across social care, healthcare, and education.
Freshfields also advised Montagu on its acquisition of Servelec via a public-to-private transaction in 2018.
