Freshfields advises on Sino-Ocean Service IPO in Hong Kong

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has provided Hong Kong and US law advice to the joint sponsors and the underwriters in the global offering and listing of shares of Sino-Ocean Service Holding Limited (‘Sino-Ocean Service’) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction raised proceeds of approximately US$225m. Trading in the shares commenced today (17 December 2020).
 
Headquartered in Beijing, Sino-Ocean Service is a leading property management service provider in mainland China, with 175 subsidiaries and branch offices across 24 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions around the country. According to industry research, it ranked 13th and 11th among the Top 100 Property Management Companies in China in terms of overall strength and growth potential in 2019, respectively, and is recognised as one of the eight 2020 Excellent Property Management Companies for Commercial Property Management.
