Freshfields continues to develop in Paris with the arrival of two new partners

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (“Freshfields”) has announced the recruitment of two market-leading partners, Marc Perrone and Christophe Seraglini, to its Paris office.

Marc Perrone is one of the leading European regulatory experts in the field of banking and financial services. He acts for numerous financial institutions, investment funds and leading financial services and market infrastructures players. His reputation and experience will complement in France the firm’s market-leading practice in this area at a global level. His arrival will enhance the capacity of our teams to advise clients on the transactional and regulatory aspects of their strategic operations in this area.

Christophe Seraglini, Professor and renowned practitioner in the field of arbitration, will consolidate the disputes activity of the firm in Paris. Christophe represents large international companies in their disputes particularly in the technology, energy and construction sectors. His expertise complements our client offering and adds to the strength of our market-leading team, recognized for their excellence in defending our client’s interests in increasingly complex and diverse contentious and pre-contentious situations.
