Freshfields advises ADM Capital on the $520m refinancing for International Oasis
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (‘Freshfields’) has advised ADM Capital, the London and Hong Kong-based private credit fund manager, who worked closely with Tejara Capital and Houlihan Lokey, on a successful $520m refinancing for International Oasis Holding Company KSCC (‘International Oasis’). International Oasis’s investments include a stake in Aston Martin, the British luxury car brand.ADM Capital led a consortium of international investors including certain funds and accounts managed by Empyrean Capital, NatWest Markets plc and CQS Dedicated Opportunities Fund. Funds managed by ADM Capital provided $300m of the total refinancing package.
The Freshfields team was led by partner David Trott and senior associate Tom Wallis working with associate Ranamit Banerjee, while tax advice was provided by partner Paul Davison working with associate Freddie Schwier.
