About
Jia is a corporate finance associate in our global transactions group, specialising in structured products and derivatives transactions. Her experience ranges from advising financial institutions and end-users on structured equity transactions in a variety of formats including derivatives and margin loans to advising corporates and sponsors on hedging arrangements for both treasury risk management and financing-linked arrangements. Jia has also been involved in cross-border securitisation transactions.
During her time at Freshfields, Jia has spent time on secondments to our Singapore office, as well as the markets legal team at HSBC.
