Nikki is an associate in our global transactions group based in London.
Nikki advises clients on public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, as well as general corporate and listed company advisory matters.
Nikki trained at Freshfields and was previously seconded to Freshfields’ Hong Kong office.

- Advising Luxinva SA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, on the £4.46bn recommended cash acquisition of Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC, as a co-investor alongside EQT.
- Advising Compagnie de Saint-Gobain on the sale of its UK building distribution business to Stark Group, a CVC portfolio company, following a competitive auction.
- Advising Parker-Hannifin Corporation on its $8.8bn recommended acquisition of Meggitt plc.
- Advising Hastings Insurance on its £1.6bn recommended all-cash takeover by a consortium comprising Sampo plc and Rand Merchant Investment Holdings Limited.
- Advising Islestarr Holdings on the sale of the Charlotte Tilbury beauty business to Puig, following a competitive auction.
- Advising Teneo (acting as joint administrators of the UK retailer Arcadia) on the disposals of the “Topshop”, “Topman” and other clothing brands to various purchasers, following a competitive auction.
