Advising DP World on its proposed acquisition of 100 per cent of the Cargo Services Seafreight business;

Advising multinational corporations on contentious matters, including most recently in an "unallowable purpose" dispute relating to the corporation tax treatment of a group's UK financing arrangements; and

Advising various financial institution clients on their financing structures.
