Joseph is trained in common and civil law and specializes in international law and arbitration. - Representing Smurfit Holdings in an ICSID arbitration against Venezuela arising from the expropriation of its investments in the paper-packaging industry.
- Representing Eco Oro in an ICSID arbitration against Colombia in relation to Eco Oro’s investments in a gold mine.
