Courtney is a well-rounded securities practitioner who advises public companies and their board across the full range of securities and shareholder disputes. She helps clients navigate high-value securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and books and records demands.
Courtney has experience advising newly-public companies on both corporate and litigation matters. Prior to joining Freshfields, Courtney was a capital markets associate in the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
During law school, she worked to promote diversity and representation in the legal profession by serving as Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA).
