James is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution team in London, with a focus on complex, high-stakes litigation involving consumer protection, product liability, environmental, and human rights issues.
He has acted on some of the most prominent group actions before the English High Court in recent years and brings sectoral expertise in the automotive, life sciences and mining industries. He also regularly advises on product recalls, complex regulatory matters, and regulatory investigations and is increasingly focussing on managing ESG risk in the life sciences sector.
James joined the firm in 2017 and has worked in our London and Berlin offices.
