Christine is an associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. She advises on a wide range of commercial litigation, with a focus on multi-party actions and financial services disputes.
Christine’s practice focuses on complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation. Christine has particular experience in the defence and co-ordination of complex multi-party litigation, including shareholder claims, litigation following regulatory action and follow-on competition litigation. She has also successfully defended a number of financial institutions in claims brought against them in the Commercial Court.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Christine practised at a leading commercial law firm in Dublin, where her experience included working on multi-jurisdictional litigation arising from the Madoff fraud. Christine has also spent time on secondment to an international bank.
