Christine is an associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice. She advises on a wide range of commercial litigation, with a focus on the banking and financial services sector.
Christine’s practice focuses on complex, high-value, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation. Christine has particular experience in the defence and co-ordination of complex multi-party litigation, including shareholder claims, litigation following regulatory action and follow-on competition litigation.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Christine practised at a leading commercial law firm in Dublin, where her experience included working on multi-jurisdictional litigation arising from the Madoff fraud, and representing insurers in a subrogated claim litigated in the Irish Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Christine also spent time on secondment to a large bank.
