He focuses on financial investors, including private equity houses, and, as part of his sector specialisation, insurance companies.

- Advising EQT Infrastructure on the acquisition of a majority stake in Meine Radiologie and blikk to form a leading radiology and radiotherapy provider in Germany
- Advising Cinven on the acquisition of a majority stake in think-cell, the developer of charting and layout software for PowerPoint for holistically streamlining professional slide production and thereby improving efficiency and quality when creating and editing presentations
- Advising Francisco Partners on the acquisition of a majority of the shares in Native Instruments Holding GmbH, the Berlin-based global leader in digital music creation software and hardware
- Advising EQT on the acquisition and divestment of Schülke & Mayr GmbH, one of the leading suppliers of hygiene and infection prevention solutions for skin and surfaces and wound antiseptics
- Advising Cinven on the acquisition of Generali Lebensversicherung AG, a life insurer with c. 4 million policies and c. EUR 40 bn. of assets under management, in a transformational acquisition
- Advising Zurich on the expansion of its strategic partnership with Deutsche Bank and DWS Group
