Maximilian Sander is a corporate/M&A lawyer and a member of our global transaction team.
He focuses on advising listed companies and investors on corporate and capital markets law. His practice includes corporate governance issues as well as capital, transformation and other structural measures. He also advises on M&A and capital market transactions (in particular public takeovers).
He speaks German and English.

- Legal studies at the University of Bielefeld (First State Examination)
- Legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court Hamburg (Second State Examination) with stations, among others, in our offices in Hamburg and New York City
