About Jebril Reeves
Jebril is an associate in our finance practice and is based in New York. Jebril represents financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate borrowers in a range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Jebril worked with the City of Atlanta’s Department of Law, where he was a member of the Municipal Governance Division, providing advice to city officials on financial agreement proposals, commercial transactions, economic development initiatives and federal legislation. Prior to the City of Atlanta, Jebril worked in the New York office of a multinational law firm, where he advised financial institutions, investment managers and institutional investors in regard to credit facility structures.
