She advises financial institutions as well as companies in connection with all types of financings. She has advised on syndicated loans as well as international project-, acquisition-, real estate- and export credit- financings. In addition, she focuses on insolvency and restructuring. During her secondments in our Frehsfields offices in London and Moscow she has contributed to the cross boarder cooperation of our global practice group.
