About Hinda Rabkin

Hinda Rabkin is a senior associate in our international arbitration group.

Hinda is trained in common and civil law and has extensive experience as counsel in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations in English and Spanish conducted under the ICSID, ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL arbitration rules. Her practice covers a range of industries including energy, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, aviation, natural resources, mining and infrastructure.  

Hinda also regularly sits as arbitrator in international commercial arbitration proceedings and is a member of the New York City Bar’s International Commercial Disputes Committee. Hinda is listed in the Compendium of Unicorns: A Global Guide to Women Arbitrators published by Global Arbitration Review. She is also listed in the Who's Who Legal Guide as a Future Leader in Arbitration.

Prior to joining Freshfields, Hinda worked in the Paris office of another international law firm, in the legal department of UNESCO, and at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague where she assisted tribunals in investment treaty and inter-State disputes. 

Hinda is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Russian and Hebrew.

  • Admitted to practice in the State of New York.
