Isabella is a senior associate in our global transactions team in London.
Isabella advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, equity capital raisings and other transactional and corporate advisory work.
Isabella trained at the firm, which included a secondment to our Singapore office. As an associate, Isabella has been on client secondment to UK Government Investments Limited.
