- Advising Mercedes-Benz Group AG on its U.S.$3.75 billion notes offering consisting of $650 million Floating Rate notes due January 9, 2026, $700 million 4.900% notes due January 9, 2026, $800 million 4.800% notes due January 11, 2027, $850 million 4.850% notes due January 11, 2029, and $750 million 5.000% notes due January 11, 2034.
- Advising the initial purchasers in connection with Wepa Hygieneprodukte's offering of €250 million 5.625% senior secured notes due 2031.
