About Rós Ní Dhubháin

Rós is our Head of Listed Companies and a Counsel in our Global Transactions team in London.

In her role as Head of Listed Companies focuses on corporate advisory matters, including advising our London-listed clients on corporate governance, activism, disclosure obligations and the continuing obligations regime. Rós combines her corporate advisory practice with transactional work, advising corporate clients on M&A, joint ventures, complex reorganisations, strategic investments and equity capital markets transactions.
