About Sanjay Murti

Sanjay’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism defense, corporate governance and general corporate matters spanning many industries. He has worked on numerous M&A transactions, including high-profile sales and acquisitions of publicly traded companies, acquisitions and sales of private companies, carve-out divestitures and spin-offs, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships.

Sanjay has worked on some of the biggest and most transformative M&A transactions of our time, both purely US as well as cross-border. His clients have included ADT, Brookfield, Canadian National Railway, Centrica, City Brewing, Conduent, Crown Castle, DiaSorin, Evergy, Ferroglobe, IBM, J.D. Power, Johnson & Johnson, Martin Marietta, Nestlé, Oshkosh, Qualcomm, OUTFRONT Media, Scientific Games, Stanley Black & Decker, Swvl and Vista Outdoor.
