Avocat à la Cour, Arnaud is a Global Transactions Counsel in our Paris office

He focuses on corporate transactions in relation to public and private M&A as well as in relation to corporate governance issues. He also advises on equity issuance in listed companies.

He joined the firm in January 2020.

Arnaud is fluent in French and English

• Advising Cognizant on the acquisition of Entrepreneurs et Investisseurs Technologies.
• Advising Bpifrance, as shareholder, in connection with the capital increase of Technicolor and its refinancing.
• Advising CDPQ in connection with (i) the sale of its stake in Bombardier Transportation to Alstom and (ii) its investment in Alstom.
