About Bernardo Mora Vergara
Bernardo is an Associate in our Derivatives and Structured Finance group.
He focuses on advising companies, banks and other financial institutions on derivatives and complex cross-border financing transactions, including project finance, ABS financings and securitisations.
Prior to joining Freshfields in 2022, Bernardo worked as an Associate in a leading Chilean law firm in Santiago, Chile, where he advised global clients in the areas of banking and finance, focusing on infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
Bernardo speaks English and Spanish.
