Eugene is a consultant in our EU regulatory and public affairs practice, based in the Brussels office.
He joined the Freshfields team in 2016, prior to which he worked in a public affairs consultancy in Brussels with a focus on technology, energy and environmental policy.
Eugene provides strategic advice to clients in the technology, financial services and energy sectors.
