Jannik Maas is a lawyer in the Corporate Law | M&A practice and a member of our global transaction team.
He primarily advises listed companies and investors on corporate and capital markets law, including corporate governance and corporate restructurings. He also advises on M&A and capital market transactions, in particular public M&A and IPOs.
